This project consisted of the implementation of critical data infrastructure supporting the launch of the innovative social capabilities for the main product line. My responsibilities included defining technical objectives, guiding the establishment of data pipelines, and ensuring robust data collection and processing would be put in place to measure customer engagement accurately and effectively.
The project involved significant technical integration efforts, aligning closely with the strategy to centralize and enrich customer data and social behaviour. Under my guidance, the team designed scalable pipelines that seamlessly connected real-time social interaction data from the social platform with existing big data architecture, providing reliable data flows to inform product iterations and future feature development.
This initiative laid a strong technical foundation for introducing innovative features with the potential to transform customer interactions, significantly enhancing the company's competitive advantage. By ensuring high-quality, actionable data was available from day one, the Innovation Department could strategically refine and evolve the product, paving the way for future growth and continuous innovation.
