This project consisted of the development of a comprehensive Data Security and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategy, encompassing both production and analytical data across all technology areas. My responsibilities included scenario modeling for infrastructure failures, hostile cyberattacks, and cybersecurity threats, ensuring the company's readiness to rapidly recover and maintain data integrity under various risk conditions.

This strategic initiative resulted in significant enhancements to existing infrastructure and operational practices, improving overall resilience and security posture. Additionally, it led directly to the establishment of a new senior management role in charge of cybersecurity, solely focused on strengthening data protection, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement of security measures.
