I initiated and provided strategic direction for the Customer Data Platform (CDP) project, a major long-term initiative aiming to unify all customer interaction data within a single, comprehensive data architecture. Developed in collaboration with a London-based digital transformation consultancy, the CDP project integrates CRM data, product interactions, personal preferences, and qualified personal information, creating a foundation for advanced analytics, product development, and AI-driven personalization strategies, while complying with EU regulatory framework on personal information data and adding extra steps to securing it.


My responsibilities involved defining the concept of the CDP, its objectives and application throughout the company, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders—including the Customer Experience, Product Development, Technology, and Innovation teams—and coordinating closely with external consultants. I guided the Head of Technology and Big Data Infrastructure, who reported directly to me, in establishing the technical roadmap to assess all the needed work to realize CDP’s full potential.


In this multi-year project, the blueprint was set under my leadership, including foundational data architecture planning, defining data ingestion processes, and setting standards for data quality and governance. This foundation enables future monetization of data assets, drives insights into customer behaviors, supports responsible gaming practices, and enhances campaign effectiveness and CRM activities.


Ultimately, the CDP project serves as the strategic backbone for future customer-oriented developments within the company. By enabling a holistic view of customer behavior and their interactions with both commercial and product, CDP significantly augments the organization's ability to personalize experiences, innovate effectively, and maintain market leadership through deep, actionable insights into customer preferences and behaviors.
