I led the establishment of a fully-fledged Data Product Development Center in Brazil, strategically expanding our global data capabilities beyond Europe. It also required balancing existing European teams roadmaps, identifying company culture ambassadors to fully transfer company’s ethos to the new development center, assessing current team members for potential promotions, identifying training needs, and adjusting compensation and incentive frameworks to ensure fairness and alignment across regions.

The center had to be fully integrated into the company's global data strategy, enabling localized development aligned with company objectives.
